Spa & Salon Cancellation Policy & Etiquette
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without a 24 hour notice will result in a charge of the full service amount.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment and silence your cell phones. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
